Leadership

Our company was incorporated in 2013, by Mike Newton and Nate Fehrman, who have a deep seated passion for building a better future for our community, while providing exceptional construction experiences. Together, they have an incredible 50+ years of combined experience and have shown a consistent pattern of annual company growth, year over year. With their leadership, michael + clark construction has quickly become one of the largest construction companies in Southwestern Ontario by volume and project size. Both Mike and Nate take great pride in the development of their team in alignment with an exceptional organizational culture, as well as their earned reputation with many industry partners whom they’ve had the pleasure to work with.

With a focus on implementing green solutions, we actively seek opportunities to do so, both in our office operations as well as on our sites.
