This exciting 5 storey 72 unit apartment building project is set to break ground Fall 2021 with michael + clark construction as the Construction Management company of choice! We have played a key role in the Pre-Construction & Planning phases to set the project up for a successful Construction phase. Our team has established the budget for the client and worked alongside the design team guiding value engineering towards a budget that worked within the client’s business model.

In addition, we have also completed an analysis on multiple structural systems, reviewing implications for budget, schedule, and constructability. This approach has ultimately allowed the client to select their preferred structural system and the design team to set the necessary floor-to-floor heights for mechanical and structural coordination.
