Spark Power

This rapidly growing power company made the decision to relocate from Tillsonburg to London, as they required larger indoor storage space with closer proximity to the 401 corridor.

Our team was chosen to complete the demolition of the interior of an existing facility and renovate the office and warehouse space, as it was important to the owners to provide their employees with a beautifully designed space.

With an extremely tight timeline of only 4 months from start to finish for construction, this project also involved security and access controls, paving and site work improvements, new laydown storage yard, paint booth and associated HVAC equipment installation, Gantry Crane installation and site fencing, as well as other changes.

It has been a pleasure working with Michael Construction over the past few years. They run a great job site, and communication is excellent. Whenever we encounter obstacles on a site it was easy to meet make decisions and move on.

A couple of projects that stand out for me are Starlim and Spark power.

Spark Power was a nice little project, where we experienced firsthand how meeting with the site supervisor early in the project made everything run smoothly.

Starlim North America was a multi-phase large project where we worked with Michael Clark closely on the co ordination of all of the modular wall and multi-phase furniture installation.

I look forward to working with the team at Michael Clark on future projects.
