Wellington – Southdale Plaza

This project features the redevelopment of a three-acre brownfield site at the intersection of two main arterial roads. The project is phased to keep all tenants of the current Florida-mall-style layout of four buildings, operational. The project will transform the current thirty-one thousand five hundred square foot configuration, into a more modern power-centre configuration of forty-two thousand five hundred square feet, consisting of restaurants, medical offices and retail and commercial space.
